— TROPICAL CYCLONE WIND & SURGE —

Tropical Cyclone Wind and Surge: VenTC Validated for hazard and loss - Frequency and cyclone characteristic distribution validated against historical data - Wind speed and gust validated on weather station data - Computational testing and validation on portfolios with up to 40 million assets - Losses validated on reported aggregated losses for individual events and long-term averages.

— TORNADIC HAZARD —

VenTOR: VenTOR provides unique global tornadic hazard model under both historic and future climate conditions. VenTOR combines available records with global bias-corrected reanalysis data to model the specific sub-daily atmospheric conditions most conducive to significant tornado formation. The model generates Yearly Occurrence Rates as well as a Significant Tornadic Environment Index, and has been validated in core geographies around the world.

— INLAND FLOODING —

VenFLOOD: Ventrx is currently developing a flood model with global coverage that will include riverine, pluvial and coastal flooding. The model will be based on hydrological and hydrodynamic models and will run on a resolution of 30m or finer. It will be a fully probabilistic, accounting for correlation among different assets. VenFlood will account for climate change and include tropical cyclone induced floods.
